Public onboarding, verification, market eligibility, trust safeguards, and future interest pathways for real Founding Partners.

A Founding Partner may become an early verified participant in an activated Second Chance World market. The status can exist only after the entity is confirmed as real, verification passes, the market is ACTIVE, and explicit human approval is recorded.
Interest is open to real, publicly identifiable entities able to provide lawful opportunities, training, services, support, or infrastructure.
Founding status requires a separate evidence-based verification process. Payment, interest, early participation, or a commercial relationship cannot replace it.
Version 4 explains the future process. It does not activate automatic approval, private evidence upload, or serial assignment.
Share only public business information through the future approved channel.
Confirm that the entity exists and can be publicly identified.
Review evidence for the stated identity, activity, location, and scope.
Assess credible public concerns without treating allegations as established facts.
Confirm that the relevant country or market is ACTIVE.
Require an explicit, documented human decision.
Assign a serial only after every preceding condition passes.
Review current status, scope, evidence, and material concerns over time.
Bulgaria, Spain, and Germany are PREPARING. The ranges below reserve a future model only; no real serial number or partner is issued in Version 4.

A real public source is recorded; full verification is not implied.
Evidence is being assessed; no outcome is implied.
Defined checks passed for a stated scope and review date.
A documented participation relationship exists for a stated scope.
Publication or trust status is temporarily restricted during review.
The record or participation must not be treated as current.
A serious, evidence-supported trust issue may lead to review, suspension, removal, or status revocation. Public wording must remain factual and non-accusatory.
Founding and verification are linked but remain separate decisions.
